Broodstock conditioning
Healthy shellfish seed begins with carefully selected broodstock. Our broodstock are maintained under controlled environmental conditions to optimise spawning performance, larval quality and year-round production.
Microalgae production
Live microalgae are produced daily in our laboratory to provide optimal nutrition throughout the larval stages. Every culture is monitored to guarantee purity, consistency and nutritional quality.
Nursery systems
Following metamorphosis, juvenile shellfish are transferred to modern nursery systems, including upwelling and paddle wheel technology, where they continue their development under ideal environmental conditions.
Outdoor nursery ponds
Large outdoor ponds supplied with high-quality seawater provide the ideal environment for further nursery development before shipment to our customers.
